Greentech Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an Office Assistant.
Office Assistant Job Duties:
- Greeting visitors, getting them the appropriate help
- Answering a multiple line phone system, directing phone calls, checking voicemails daily
- Checking e-mails daily and routing to necessary people
- Assisting Customers with Packages/Pallets and assess correct charges
- Shipping & Receiving
- Customer Service
- Process orders and invoice customers correctly
- Update and maintain accuracy for all dealer account files
- Assembling informational packets for mailing
- Maintaining new & existing excel and word documents
- Cleaning when needed
- Other Miscellaneous Jobs

Required Skills: The candidate must be dependable, organized and able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work well with others, computer literate and good typing skills, accurate and attentive to detail. The candidate must be efficient in Word and Excel and have knowledge of QuickBooks.
Education: 1-2 years experience in an office setting

This position is part time (approximately 24 hours per week) for the months of January – August and full time (40 hours per week) September – December, with the possibility of becoming a full time position year round. The months of the year being part time/full time are approximate and will vary depending on our need. Hours are from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. and work days will vary Monday – Friday. Salary based upon experience.
